Why you’ll love this recipe

  • Better Than Takeout: By controlling the oil and using fresh vegetables, you get a much cleaner and more flavorful dish than the local shop.
  • High Protein & Veggie-Packed: A complete, balanced meal that is easy to customize with whatever you have in the fridge.
  • Perfect Wok-Hei: The high-heat stir-fry method gives the noodles a slight “breath of the wok” smokiness.

Key Ingredients

  • Chicken Breast/Thigh: Sliced thinly and seared for a tender, savory protein base.
  • Oyster Sauce: The key to that “glossy” restaurant look and deep savory flavor.
  • Egg Noodles: These hold up well to stir-frying and provide a classic, comforting texture.

Key Steps

  • Step 1: Sear the chicken until browned and set aside to keep it tender.
  • Step 2: Stir-fry your vegetables on high heat until “crisp-tender.”
  • Step 3: Add pre-boiled noodles and the savory sauce mixture to the wok.
