The night soak the glutinous rice overnight. The next morning steam for 25 - 30 minutes over a cheesecloth.

The next morning, soak dried mushroom for 20 minutes, diced and sauteed in greased pan with pork and then add in the rest of the mushroom & minced pork sauce and let it stew for 15 minutes.
